Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. He is a major player in music in the Latin mainstream. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 won the Colombian Kids Choice Award as the most popular Song in 2017. His debut album was a long-player ADN to the local Sony distributor in Medellin La Industria Inc. Its Top Latin Albums chart ranked ADN at the 8th spot. The smash hit La Bachata from 2000 was released in 2023. Turizo is a musician who was born into a musical family. Both his parents also played the guitar.
